Payment options

Cancellation Policy

  • Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days in writing before arrival (or can request a change of date, subject to availability)

  • The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel 30 days before arrival in writing

  • The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival in writing

  • Payment details are required before the booking is complete and dates are held

  • If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price

  • Full payment shall be received before keys would be provided

  • COVID; We will give you a full credit if the South Australian border is closed from your home state within the cancellation period

  • If you need to cancel your reservation we will try to re-sell your booking dates and, if successful, will refund your booking cost (less a $ 250 admin fee) - irrespective of any other cancellation policy(s)

  • To shift your reservation dates (from withing the 30 day period) to similar dates (midweek / weekend or summer / winter) a $250 fee will be charged on top
